Few days back there were some people on this forum proposing an idea of buy houses for green card. If you watch the video somewhere around 32 or 33 mins, he talks about the same idea implemented in Canada. They said get 400K buy a house here and get a canadian passport this helped reduce housing inventory in canada. So may be this will give some inspiration to people supporting the idea of buy a house for green card. What i assume that people need to have 400K cash and not loan from a bank to be considered an investment in the country.
At 45 to 46th minute of the video he clearly says that raising taxes and protectionism is not going to help economy.. I hope Obama takes note of it.
At 52nd minute he bashes Vikram pandit for being CEO of citigroup. Overall a good video to watch for traders..
Thanks.

For EB2 I - CY 06, in march it was 10150 and now it is 9900. It has gone down by only 250, in line with ~3000 visas/12 monthly allotment. No spillover or anything for the month of march atleast as per the numbers.

Yes, it uses the same mount. Newer lenses usually have more data that is passed to the camera body such as distance, etc.. I'm not a Nikon person anymore, so double check of course!

The H-1B visa is, by far, the most sought-after temporary work visa in the United States for foreign-born, professional workers. The H-1B category requires sponsorship by a U.S. employer and is limited to specialty positions which generally require the candidates hold at least a bachelors degree or the equivalent in a relevant discipline. It now appears that the impact of the economy on H-1B usage will be felt for at least another year. The annual cap or quota for new H-1B visas is set by Congress at 65,000 new visas per year, not including the 20,000 H-1B visas available under...

Pls don't post such controversial stuff 'coz it doesn't in any way help our cause, but sure does create some animosity. There are people in this forum who have a different take on things in the political arena.

Guys,
Please help me...I do not have much knowledge about GC process. I am working on H1B visa from last 3 years with my current employer and they are ready to apply for GC but, I know that for GC in the same position I cannot use the experience gained during past 3 years. But if I apply for GC for the next level (as GC is for future employment) with the current experience and keep working in my current role until my GC is approved, do you guys see any problem with that? GC approval will easily take 4-5 years and during this time I can keep working in my current position and once GC is approved I can switch to the next level which is kind of promotion.
Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

The contrast of the object with the background works well, I think. It is a bit unsharp, though. But over-all I like it.

I m not sure but I think he has to wait till he gets his citizenship . The other way to apply for Tourist or student visa. Tourist visa will be for short time and student visa will be hard to get if the Husband is Green Card holder.
Again, I m not 100% sure of this. some experienced people may be able to give you detailed information
