Why won't my pictures come up on the critique gallery? I can see them,but when I click on them it just show the name with no pic.

Hello,
I have recently moved and did an Address update for my I 485 online this weekend. I noticed that there are LUDs on my EAD and AP application (I did not do an address update for these as these applications are not pending, I have received both few months ago).
Did anyone else experience a similar issue?
P.S Admins - I tried searching for any similar posts but the verification image doesnt display on my browser and i couldnt get any results. Please feel free to move this thread around or redirect to an existing one.

Matter has been discussed in the past but i wanted to get an advice/opinion from seniors/pro.
How serious problem could be leave employer in the month you get green card who has sponsored you for immigration.
I am in this situation.

Has anyone who filed in June and at NSC recieved any approvals for EAD/AP ?

I came in 2003 on an H4 visa with my parents who were on H1B, I was 17 yrs old at that time. I then got my status changed to an F1 in 2004. I completed my bachelors and have been accepted into a masters program on a scholarship. I wanted to visit India, however I would like to know the risk involved in doing so. Would I still be at risk of not getting a f1 VISA in India even if I carry my approved F1 petition? Please advise..Thanks..

The case status message for mine and my wife's EAD changed to Card production ordered. It did not change to Approval notice sent. I received the EAD cards within 1 week of the Card Production e-mail. However my lawyer received the Approval notices (wife and mine) first week of October.

I need your help, I am due for my H1b first time extension and I have requested my employer for the 1500 dollars "Education and training fee" , I got an email from the New HR personal to show me why the employer have to pay for it , I am trying to find a link to USCIC website where it clearly states the employer has to pay for it.But I am unable to find any thing relating to $1500 education and training fee, I did google search and it shows links from some schools and law firms. I would rather send a UCSIC link to the HR personal. By the way i am filing my H1B via Visa Kit.

According to the mathew ohio website. there is apparently a very hot legal battle going on between the DHS and a happless immigrant who had been arested for out of status presence. The immigrant was on an H1b and had filed an application in a timely manner and was awaiting decision on his application when the DHS official arrested him and tried to deport him. Please post more information on this issue if anybody is aware of it. His I-94 expired, however, his petition for H1b extension was pending!!!!:o:o:o

Hello gurus,
My H1 expires in march 2009, I have valid EAD and AP, I want to renew my H1to be on the safer side.
My wife made use of her EAD for few months and now she is not working, and we are planning to visit India for few weeks next year and get H1 and H4 stamped.
here are my questions:
1. Can my wife get her H4 extension when I apply for my H1 extension ?
2. Does USCIS know that she used her EAD (Is there a way that they can find out) and will there be any problem in approving H4 extension ?
3. Now that she is not using her EAD, Is she back on H4 status ? She came here as H4 and never made a trip back.

I came to US last December to visit my family by a tourist visa. during the time that I was here I got a letter that showed I won DV lottery. so I hired a lawyer and he told me he will be able to apply for me from here. so he prepared our file before our visa expiration date and sent our file. but we got rejection notice and he said this is because of sending it early. he did the same 3 times but each time we got the same rejection notice. now he says that we are out of status and our case is dismissed!! As i checked USCIS office, we were not able to send it before November according to our case number. now I want to know what should I do? is it really over?

I am applying for my H1B extension in apr 2009 for the start date of oct 1st 2009. I have been with the same client for the last 3 years. Following are my concerns:
My client doesn't give any reference letters as per their HR policy. But we have all contract docs/purchase orders from the client since oct 2006. The client extends the project only every 6 months and this has been happening since 3 years. But if USCIS asks a letter/contract which covers the entire contract period for which the H1B extension is requested, what are my options? Please let me know.

My status has been changed from H4 to H1 in June and I am currently in the USA. I am planning to attend Visa Interview in Chennai. Will it be a visa renewal??
